Mailing Lists and Policies
The computer science department has a few mailing lists to help you stay abreast of events. You should join these lists, at least ACM. They often post really useful events and announcements.

csugrad
This list is intended for official announcements for undergraduates in the department from department administrators and the CS Council and membership is required for all undergraduate CS majors. Students other than those on the CS Council should not post to this list.
csgrad
This list is intended for official announcements for graduate students in the department and is required for computer science graduate students. The same posting guidelines apply as for the csugrad list.
