In a paper published on the Web today, a group of Princeton computer scientists said they created demonstration vote-stealing software that can be installed within a minute on a common electronic voting machine.

Olga Troyanskaya, assistant professor of computer science, won the Howard Wentz Award. Troyanskaya joined the Princeton faculty in 2003 and holds a joint appointment in the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics.

At its Class Day ceremony, the engineering school conferred its Distinguished Teacher Award to Kernighan, who is a professor in the Department of Computer Science.
