Short Bio

Yuri Pritykin is an assistant professor of computer science and the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics. He received his PhD in computer science from Princeton University and MSc and PhD in mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. His main interest and expertise are in using applied statistics, machine learning, and efficient algorithms to address fundamental problems in biology and medicine by integrative analysis of multi-dimensional data. He was awarded AACR-Bristol-Myers Squibb Immuno-oncology Research Fellowship (2019) and Memorial Sloan Kettering-Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy-Cycle for Survival Fund (2018).
