I am a Ph.D. graduate in Computer Science from Princeton University. My research was in Machine Learning and Bioinformatics with Rob Schapire, and with Olga Troyanskaya in the Functional Genomics Lab.

I received my B.S. in Mathematics and M.S. in Computer Engineering at Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey.
