About me

Khiem

I am a fourth-year PhD student at the Department of Computer Science at Princeton University. Before joining Princeton, I was a member of the Networked Systems Lab at USC. My research interests include distributed systems, cloud computing, and networking. I am working closely with my adviser Wyatt Lloyd on exciting research problems in large-scale geo-replicated storage systems.

I received my B.Comp. degree (Hon.) in Computer Engineering from the School of Computing, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2010. While at NUS, I was a member of the Special Programme in Computing and worked on the Zoomable Video Streaming project. Upon my graduation, I worked at NUS as a Research Assistant and played an active role in the Jiku project led by Professors Wei Tsang Ooi and Mun Choon Chan (under the NExT search center).
