My name is Ziyang Xu(徐子扬/徐子揚). I am a fifth-year PhD student at Princeton University, advised by (Professor David I. August). My research focus is automatic parallelizing compiler that transforms sequential programs into parallel programs without programmer's involvement. I worked as a research assistant in Center of Energy-Efficient Computing and Application at Peking University (CECA, PKU) from 2015 to 2018, and collaborated with the group of Machine Learning for the Analysis of Source Code Text at the University of Edinburgh (MAST, UoE) during summer in 2017. I play a decent amount of volleyball and beach volleyball when it sunny and warm. I'm in Princeton Men's Club Volleyball team and I was the former captain of Men's Volleyball Team of Peking University.
