While I've been at this I've made several improvements to my local copy
(I promise -- I've reproduced this on an unmodified copy of the original
release).  For example, I've found that making the parser implement the
symbol interface and the action a nested class makes code a lot easier
to write.  And I've added a count and array of strings to the interface
for the symbol names.  I'd be happy to send the changes to you for your
perusal.
