The following questions from previous exams are not directly relevant,
or not good practice, for the Spring 2022 midterm exam.  In most cases,
they refer to concepts that we will cover later in the semester.

F19:
  no exclusions - for 4, students in that semester were more familiar with
         the content and context due to having already completed A3, but the
         problem's topic would still be fair game this semester.

F20:
  no exclusions

F21:
  no exclusions

S19:
  no exclusions - for 3, pretend that memcpy types are char * instead of void *

S20:
  3a   - A3 question not accounted for in lecture 10 string hashtable example
  3b   - void * type (covered in precept 11 in week 6)
