COS 333 mailing list / newsgroup info

There is now a mailing list for COS 333 that should serve as a newsgroup. (Conventional newsgroup software seems to have gone away.) In previous years, the newsgroup has been mildly helpful in resolving questions about assignments, and for finding parters for projects. The TA's will monitor it, and respond to items of general interest.
