Course Summary

Information technology raises many interesting legal questions. This seminar course will consider a series of questions at the intersection of law and technology. Students will read articles and court opinions, participate in class discussions, and write a term paper. Students from all disciplines are welcome, and no technical or legal background is required.

Class participation: 40%
First paper: 20%
