This paper clearly discussed the ISA characteristics and Compiler
Support of both full and partial predicated execution proposed to overcome
the branch imposed bottleneck in modern processors.

 One thing I feel a little unsure is whether using PA-RISC to
emulate predicated execution can always acurately reflect the real
situation on a real processor with predicated support.
