Finishing up and shutting down
Submitting your work
You should save in your public_html directory two Alice worlds using
the "save as WWW page" command in the File pulldown menu:
- Your result for the cement truck that moves forward like an inchworm
(40% of the laboratory grade)
- Your own 3D interactive animation (60% of the laboratory grade).
Send an email to
cs111@princeton.edu
with two URLs of the form
http://www.princeton.edu/~yourname/worldname/worldname.html, giving the locations of the two HTML files that give access
to the two animations you are submitting.
Transferring saved work
Be sure you have saved your animations in your public_html directory.
Transfer any other files you'd like to keep to your Unix account (your drive).
Logging off of Windows NT
If you've completed the lab, sent your email to cs111@princeton.edu and transferred your work to your Unix account, then you are finished and ready to log off of Windows NT. Choose either of the following ways to do this:
- Select "Shut Down" from the Start Menu. Then choose "Close all programs and log on as
a different user" and click on "OK"
--OR--
- Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and choose "Logoff..." then choose "OK"
