Thiago Pereira
PhD student in Computer Science at Princeton University
I am PhD student in the Princeton Graphics Group. My advisor is Szymon Rusinkiewicz. I obtained my Masters in Mathematics at Instituto Nacional de Matemática Pura e Aplicada in Rio de Janeiro where I was a member of the Vision and Graphics Laboratory. My advisor was Luiz Velho. My research interests include capture, representation and fabrication of material appearance. Previously, I worked with image based modelling and rendering techniques and methods for shape analysis and representation.
I hold a BEng in Computer Engineering at Instituto Militar de Engenharia where I coached teams for the ACM-ICPC programming competition. My cv is here.
