Soumyadeep Ghosh
Hi, I am a third-year Ph.D. student at the Computer Science department at Princeton University. I work with Prof. David August and the Liberty Research Group.
Before joining Princeton, I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) degree in Computer Science Engineering from BITS Pilani, India. I was also a visiting student at Aalto University, Finland for six months at the beginning of 2010.
My research interests lie in the areas of information security, parallelizing compilers, and computer architecture. Over the past few months, I have been working on the problem of ensuring memory safety for C programs at minimal overheads.
In the past, I was a preceptor for COS 126: General Computer Science and COS 217: Introduction to Programming Systems.
