E aí, tchê!

I was born and grew up in Rio Grande, RS, Brazil. I lived there for 22 years, and moved after finishing college in January 2000.

Rio Grande

Rio Grande is a very beautiful historical city, located between the Lagoa dos Patos lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean. It is the oldest city of the Rio Grande do Sul state (and that's where the state's name comes from). Rio Grande holds the largest beach in extension (Cassino's beach) all over the world. You may check this in the Guiness Book!

My Family

I'm part of a very nice and happy family. My parents are Elias and Maria Lúcia, and I have 2 brothers, Gustavo and Frederico, and a sister, Tatiana. This amazing family is very important in my life, and they contributed very much for me to be as I am.

In January 11th 2002, I married Desirée, an extremely fascinating woman. She was my girlfriend for more than 10 years, and we know each other since we were 4 years old (see the picture below -- we both dancing in Gaúcho clothes)!

Soccer

Oh, off course, I enjoy soccer, and I root for the best team all over the world. If you don't know soccer very well, I tell you that this team is Grêmio. :) "Até a pé nós iremos, para o que der e vier, mas o certo é que nós estaremos, com o Grêmio onde o Grêmio estiver!"
