My movies are back! (At least most of them). They're mostly encoded as super small little .mov's now, so you'll need quicktime to view them, and might need to save them to your hard drive.
Here are some movies that I’ve been involved in making. You’ll find a couple of animations made using Alias|wavefront Maya, as well as a few sillier live action pieces.
- Just Desserts
- A Dragonfly valiantly attempts to reach a banana cream pie. Made Spring 2002 using Maya, with slight modeling assistance from my girlfriend Jenni. Gotta love them oranges! Now new and improved!
A Snail
- Another Maya animation, created as a test for our future “Snail Hunter” documentary.
Egg Movie Test
- Something I was playing with for a bit. Early work on eggs running amock in a fridge.
Snail Hunter
- Another test for the snail hunter project. This shows my brother Andrew in action, hunting snails for the finest chefs in Europe. Filmed by me and edited by my Dad.
A Time-Lapsed Monte Carlo Path Tracer
- An art contest submission that tries to capture the pain an anguish involved in creating a very fancy ray tracer.
3 Squares, 10 Frames
- Telling shorts stories with animated gifs, construction paper, my Sony Cybershot, and my 10 year old brother.
Robin Soccer Video
- A tribute to my brother’s soccer playing skills. My dad and I made this video together when he was applying to schools.
Robin’s Senior Project Presentation
- Since my own presentation lives on in infamy, I convinced Robin that an “unorthodox” presentation would be far more memorable. Here’s the 30 second highlight. The only question is how my sister is going to manage to top the two of us.
