Fri Dec 10 2004 The Jug You made a promise, must now fulfill it! Take my cup, pray, can you fill it? The jug is empty, "What fell Misery!" I asked 'em, "Then shan't we fill it?" With wine or water, how does it matter? Is it to pour that I fill it? Hold! it is brimming! Never been wanting, For did I see 'nyone fill it? When no one watches, mirror in darkness, Let the jug be, and why fill it? Sat Dec 25 2004 Point My little house calm as ever In this town of endless wonder. To stay here, or to wander Sprawling streets astir, I wonder. Around the flame wings aflutter, And spinning globes around the star. Swirling blazes, or a deep cold Point at its core, I wonder. Pulsating around Eye of Calm, A poem, a whirlpool, a storm, Dancing Darvish, prayer wheels' whirr, And beads of the seer, I wonder. Bird, to the tree, when flying done Of its own will, will it return? Or roam till freezing and fall to An end, forever? I wonder. I wonder, forever wonder, Like a mirror in a mirror. Is there an end, and at the end An end? Forever I wonder.
