Mona Singh
My interests are in computational molecular biology, as well as its interface with machine learning and algorithms. I am particularly interested in predicting protein interactions and specificity, as well as in analyzing interaction networks in order to uncover cellular organization, functioning, and pathways. An appreciation of protein structure guides much of my research.
