Aerogels that Greg Smith and I made in Professor Ron Willey's Catalysis lab at Northeastern Univeristy:

The Chromates:

The Ferrites:

• ZnMgFe4O8
• ZnMg3Fe8O16
• ZnMg19Fe40O80
• MgFe2O4

The Lanthanums:

• LaCrO3

These were all sent off to Italy to be analyzed for catalytic properties because of their immense surface areas, I believe a paper is currently being written about the properties of the Lanthanum based gels.
