(Junior Independent Work, Fall 2006)
This project was an attempt to combine graph visualization software with the then-new Facebook Development Platform, and it produced a few little applications:
- The Amazing Friend-Sort-By-Letter Machine
- The Amazing General Purpose Friend-Sorter Machine
- The Amazing Basic Friend-Graph Drawer
An Aural User Interface (AUI)
(COS 436: Human Computer Interface Technology, Fall 2006)
Gus worked with Jeff Bagdis '08 to design a grid of "soxels" (sonic pixels) intended to aid a sightless computer user in clicking and mousing.
Juggling Harmony: Making Music from Flying Objects
(Junior Independent Work, Spring 2007)
Choose a juggling pattern from the list, then choose a musical note to assign to each ball. The note will sound when the ball is in the air, and cease when the ball is caught. Fun game for juggling nerds: get someone else to make-up a configuration for you, then try to guess what pattern it is just by listening.
