Welcome.
Gus Tate (also known as John Augustus Tate in official
contexts, 台克勤
in Chinese ones, and Johon A. Tale on his horrifically
misspelled Melbourne Uni Student Union card) is a Princeton
student from Lexington, Kentucky, graduating in the spring
of 2008, or so he hopes.
This site is his attempt to "exist" in the digital world,
to beautify his corner of www.cs.princeton.edu, and to create
a space to which he might direct future employers,
assuming he one day proves himself worthy of
employment. It could also be considered a
thinly-veiled excuse to exhibit his juggling videos while also
pretending he has a life outside of juggling. Hmm....
If you're wondering how old this content is, know that I
wrote this sentence (and the one immediately following it)
on Friday, March 14th, 2008. Current projects include a
comprehensive food photo blog, a
group project for COS 333 scheduling cooks for the Brown
co-op, and the legendary Five-Ball-Mills'-Mess (note that
the gentleman in the video is not Gus, but he wishes
it were).
