the hilt of the darth paul interface. the lightsabre is constructed out of a basin drain. it houses 3 accelerameters to sense motion and orientation, and a slider for beam control. note the relative size of the sabre to a king-sized twix. 
our basic stamp microcontroller, which collects data from the sensors on the sabre and "force" sensor, and sends them to the computer via serial.
