All deadlines are firm. If you miss any deadlines (including deadlines to sign up for presentation slots) your final grade will be penalized.
Any forms you need can be obtained from Donna O'Leary (CS 410) if you cannot print them off the web. Most forms must be signed by your advisor before they are turned. The deadlines are for turning in the forms. It is your responsibility to meet with your advisor prior to every deadline to have them read the appropriate reports, help you with presentations and written work, and/or sign the appropriate forms. Excuses such as "my advisor was out of town last week" will not be met with mercy. Be organized and plan ahead. Use fax machines, scanners and modern technology such as email to coordinate with your advisor.

Slides must be emailed to dpw@cs.princeton.edu prior to the talk with the subject "FALL 2008 Proposal Slides <Your Name>" (with your name in place of <Your Name>). You will get an acknowledgement email when you submit correctly. Students are expected to attend for an entire 1-hour block (starting and ending on the hour) and give feedback to other students in that time period. Location TBA. Make sure it is convenient for your advisor to attend. |
