This is the department homepage of Christian Bienia. I'm a Ph.D. student at the Computer Science Department of Princeton University, and my advisor is Kai Li. This page mainly provides information for other students at Princeton University, and if you do not live in the vicinity of Princeton there is not much interesting you will find here. You can always write me a mail, which is certainly the most reliable way to reach me - my PUID is cbienia. Call 8-6795 (my office phone) resp. 8-1759 (my lab phone) or come to my office/lab if it is urgent or you want to speak with me directly, but I might be absent. I'm usually there if there was or will be free food in the department. Sometimes I'm also working. Don't try to reach me before noon, I will definitely be in my bed sleeping.Where I work
I usually work in the lab. My advisor bought me a brand-new computer with a cool dual-screen LCD display setup. Working is so much more fun if you can write code and surf in the web at the same time! Nevertheless sometimes I can be found in my office, too. Below is a description which shows you how to come to either of the two places from your current position. It employs new technology to track your physical location through the Internet and to provide a customized route which you can use to come here. The technology is still in an early state of development, so don't expect too much accuracy.
