This directory contains:
1. template.tex - LaTeX file.

2. template.bib - Bibliography file

3. template.pdf and template.dvi - sample and documentation
file produced from template.tex

4. Files of the following packages:
a) fullpage.sty - the use the full size of the page
b) alphabetic.bst - use [ABC99] like references in BibTeX
c) necessary files from the hyperref package.
d) ifpdf - check if running PDF-LaTeX or LaTeX
e) eepic.sty - for use with TexPict utility
