Well maybe not quite like this but this is how far we got in the seven days had got:

We went from where we left in the fractal mountain assignment and added the following features:

• Make the mountains look better. Includes a better coloring scheme, more realistic looking snow and means to "finish a mountain off" at the edges (cliffs). Done by Rudro.
• Add trees and other plants. Done by Sanjeev.
• Add a realistic looking sky and water. Done by Igor.
• Add a user interface that makes this complex landscape creation application manageable by a human. Done by Dirk.
