Andrew W. Appel's Testimony
in Gusciora et al. v. McGreevey

I testified as an expert witness for the plaintiffs in Gusciora v. McGreevey, a lawsuit in New Jersey state court filed in October 2004, that went to trial in 2009, and was appealed to the Appellate Division in October 2011.

The plaintiffs argued that the use of Direct Recording Electronic (DRE) voting machines without a voter-verified paper ballot is both unconstitutional and illegal in New Jersey.
