Welcome!

I am a fifth year PhD candidate at Princeton University in Computer Science working with Dr. Olga Troyanskaya.

I received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering with Honours Mathematics in 2007 from the University of British Columbia in beautiful Vancouver, Canada. I received a Master of Arts from Princeton University in May 2009.

My interests lie in bioinformatics/systems biology. I am currently working on building a functional network for the plant model organism arabidopsis thaliana. Currently, I am working on incorporating structure information in a framework for predicting protein-protein interactions in yeast.
