The JavaFilter Software is copyrighted by Princeton University and is
intended for evaluation and research purposes only.

In accordance with the terms herein, PRINCETON grants to LICENSEE and
LICENSEE accepts from PRINCETON, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to use the Software for LICENSEE's evaluation and internal research
purposes only. 

LICENSEE recognizes and understands that it shall have no rights whatsoever
to distribute the Software unless such rights are granted to LICENSEE by
PRINCETON in a separate agreement.

LICENSEE may not assign or sublicense its rights, duties or obligations
under this Agreement to any person or entity, in whole or in part.  
The Software shall be used only for LICENSEE's evaluation and internal
research purposes.

LICENSEE agrees not to  reverse assemble, reverse compile, rewrite in
another computer language, or otherwise investigate or adopt as its own any
part of the Software or proprietary code, algorithms or mathematical
formulas and theorems contained in the Software or otherwise disclosed to
LICENSEE under this Agreement.

THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED AS IS.  PRINCETON MAKES AND LICENSEE RECEIVES NO
WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND THERE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED ALL
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
PRINCETON DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL
BE ERROR FREE OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE ARE CORRECTABLE OR WILL
BE CORRECTED.  NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS A
REPRESENTATION MADE OR WARRANTY GIVEN BY PRINCETON THAT THE PRACTICE BY
LICENSEE OF THE LICENSE SHALL NOT INFRINGE THE PATENT RIGHTS, COPYRIGHTS,
OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY. PRINCETON SHALL
HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING
ECONOMIC DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PROPERTY AND LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF IT HAD BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE
IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

The Software and all copies thereof, and other programs developed
hereunder, including translations, compilations, partial copies with
modifications and updated works, are proprietary to PRINCETON and title
thereto remains in PRINCETON.  All rights not expressly granted to LICENSEE
hereunder are reserved by PRINCETON.  The License is not a sale of the
original Software or any copy thereof.

All applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets
in the Software or any modifications to the Software allowed hereunder,
made by LICENSEE or at LICENSEE's request are and shall remain in PRINCETON.
