A user-friendly version of the IMMSIM model suitable for educational or research use (written and maintained by Steven Kleinstein). This version includes an intuitive graphical user interface (see picture below) that lets you view various displays of the data and control the values of many parameters as the simulation is running. The program is currently available for the Windows 95/NT operating systems and can be downloaded without charge by clicking on the link above.

IMMSIM3 is the newest version of the ImmSim program (written and maintained by Philip E. Seiden) which contains both the cellular and humoral branches of the immune system. ImmSim3 can be used on Windows® 9x and NT systems. In order to use ImmSim3 the IBM® application program APL2® for Windows or APL2 Runtime Library (a component of the APL2 Runtime Environment) must be installed.

IMMSIM23 is the original APL2 version of IMMSIM (written and maintained by Philip E. Seiden). The IMMSIM code will run on any of the APL2 varieties produced by the IBM Corporation, i.e., under CMS, MVS, AIX, Sun Solaris, DOS, OS/2 and Windows 95. It may run under other manufacturers versions of APL2 (probably needing some modification), but we cannot be sure since we don't have access to these systems.
