BUG FIX: Positive selection in the thymus module was implemented as greater than (bits/2)-(bits-minMatch) instead of at least.

The self parameter has moved from the .bitmatch section into .general. Also, it's format has changed.

bareMHC is now fully-functional.

added negative selection of B-Cells in the boneMarrow and parameter bmEff.

BUG FIX: When writing out the parameter file, the -bmEff parameter was written with the value of the -thymusEff parameter.

BUG FIX: The death rate of Memory B-Cells was calculated incorrectly.

BUG FIX: The setup program was missing a library that will cause the installation of IMMSIM++ to fail on some machines.
