You should think about a startup that you might develop, and then write a memo to your co-founder/CEO about the "insider advantage" that your startup can have, and why that advantage is important. You should write the memo as the founding CTO of that startup. Ideally the "insider advantage" will combine a business/market observation with a technology capability or improvement. In addition to insider advantage, the memo should also outline any other reasons why you believe the area you've chosen is a good area of focus for your startup.
