Real-time beat detector with measures.

This is a great project.

The terms "real-time" and "beat-detection"
are interesting, because you have to have
a few beats to figure out if they're beats,
where they are, etc.  Doing it not in real-
time means you can look at more of the signal,
look backwards AND forwards, etc.  Either
way it's interesting.
