I presented my FPO (Final Public Oral, i.e., thesis defense) on May 6, 2009, and graduated from Princeton in June 2009. My thesis is on "A Principled Approach to Managing Routing in Large ISP Networks" [thesis, slides]. My advisor is Professor Jennifer Rexford.

I received my B.E and M.E degrees in Electrical Engingeering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2003 and 2005, respectively. I worked in the New Generation Network Laboratory under the direction of Professor Xing Li.

My research interests fall into the following aspects of computer networks:
I'm also interested in broader technology policy issues that relate to how technologies make impact to policy making and economics, and how economics and policies interact with the development of technologies.
