- I am using Yahoo Calendar for scheduling talks (link below)
- Click sign in on the calendar page and
use the following login:
- password: name of the
university
(9 characters, all
lowercase)
- Click on the week tab to bring up the week view
- You should be able to see 9 talk slots on each of 3/1 and
3/3
- There are 4 slots per hour, 15 minutes per
slot, 5 minutes of actual talk per slot, remaining time reserved for
questions and speaker transition.
- Any slot with No Title
is currently available.
- Click on No Title for the slot of your choice, and replace
the title with your name.
- Click the Update
button to update the schedule.
- Verify that your name has been correctly recorded and click
Sign Out (at the top
of the page) when done.
- Signups are first-come-first-served.
Please do not
delete or alter reservations made by your fellow students :-)
