I finished my PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University in the summer of 2000. I joined the Computer Science department at Princeton in Fall 2001, after spending a year in the research group at Google. Before attending graduate school at Stanford, I was an undergraduate at the Indian Institute of Technology at Bombay (now Mumbai), which is also the city where I was born and grew up in.
My interests are in theoretical computer science. I am broadly interested in the design and analysis of algorithms, with an emphasis on approximation algorithms for NP-hard problems, metric embeddings and algorithmic techniques for massive data sets.
Here is a list of my publications.
